Communication Objectives:

Puro Perks is a successful loyalty program that has been running for several years. Looking to incentify shipping behaviour by setting custom volume targets within a specified period. Targets are based on previous shipping history. If the customer successfully reaches their target, they are rewarded with a VISA gift card.

Target Audience:

Select customers (best customers) who have demonstrated active shipping.

The Problem:

Refresh an otherwise dated program that was not getting much traction with the current client base.  

Solution:

Create an awareness campaign highlighting the new and improved Puro Perks Reward program.

Tactics: 

Logo design, emails for each scenario in the communications flow and landing page.

Success Metrics:

New customer signups and registrations.
